Founder of Fox & Faux, Simon has been styling weddings and venues for over 4 years. Before launching the company, he built a career as a head chef in Michelin-starred establishments, where he developed a sharp eye for precision, creativity, and presentation — all of which he now brings to wedding design.

Head Stylist & Fresh Floral Specialist

Jasmine is our lead designer and a professionally trained florist since 2016. She holds many floristry qualifications with 2 years of formal training and has over 9 years of experience in both fresh and faux floral styling.
At Fox & Faux, Jasmine creates all our floral arrangements, bridal bouquets, and venue hire items, ensuring each piece is handcrafted to reflect your individual style. She’s our go-to expert for fresh floral installations and custom designs.
